At IRONLAB, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products (supplements, sports nutrition, and health-related items), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
Important: We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and to comply with EU health regulations for consumable products.
1. Return Policy
Due to health and safety regulations governing consumable products, the following policy applies:
- Opened Products: Cannot be returned under any circumstances once the seal has been broken
- Unopened Products: May be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging
- Equipment/Accessories: Non-consumable items (gym accessories, apparel) may be returned within 14 days in unused condition with original tags attached
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To qualify for a damaged item claim, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- Keep the damaged item and packaging until the claim is resolved
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at support@ironlab.pro or use our contact form with your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Provide Documentation: Include photographs if the item is damaged, and any relevant details about the issue. For unopened returns, confirm the product is still sealed.
- Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable).
- Ship the Item Back: If approved, ship the product back using the provided return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item
- Bank Processing: An additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
- Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds for crypto payments will be issued in EUR via bank transfer
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Opened or used consumable products (supplements, nutrition products)
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
- Gift cards
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@ironlab.pro with your order number.
